Sue is an HR and OD specialist with substantial Board-level experience and a strong track record of achieving change.

With a proven reputation for delivery, her passion - and main driving force - is enabling organisations to improve their performance, develop and be successful. Sue's extensive experience as an HR consultant ensures a clear focus on enhancing customer services and delivering improved organisational performance. A strategic thinker, Sue sets and maintains high standards and has excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence across a wide spectrum.

With experience as an HR Director in both interim and permanent posts - with particular experience in the NHS, Higher Education and Local Government - Sue also has a substantial portfolio of project work covering all areas of HR and OD. Some examples of her consultancy projects can be found here.

Sue is qualified to postgraduate level and is a Fellow of the CIPD. She has published books and articles on social policy issues and contributed as a speaker to many conferences on HR and OD.
